This expansion enables us to fulfil our commitment to providing reliable, end-to-end service for all our customers.”

The division has already secured a 10-year framework with Gentoo as part of the Gentogether Partnership for whole house refurbishments and is looking to build on the existing strong customer base of the wider group.

Jason Oakes, a director at PHS said: “We’re delighted to have Mark join us and be part of our growing team at PHS. His arrival comes at an exciting time as we expand our new division, which will be central to delivering our 10-year framework with Gentoo. Working with partners, our team will play a key role in improving the energy efficiency and quality of homes across Sunderland.”
