Fault Description
F01
Electronic circuit board fault: Washing Machines is not operating – some or all functions are not selectable.
F02
Motor circuit fault: Intermittent or no drum rotation during wash cycle.
F03
Temperature sensing fault: Washing machines not heating on wash or dry settings
F05
Waste pipe blockage or pump issue: Washing Machines door will not open / the door can be opened but water remains inside the drum.
F06
Door lock fault: Washing Machines door cannot be opened or closed / when the door is closed the machine the programme will not start.
F07
Electronic circuit board fault / heating circuit fault: During a wash cycle the programme pauses part way through/ the machine is not heating and the pump runs continuously.
F08
Heater fault: During a wash cycle the programme pauses part way through.
F09
Software fault: Washing Machines isn’t operating multiple flashing lights and/or display. Unable to select a programme.
F11
Pump circuit fault: Water remains in Washing Machines / not pumping out.
F12
Electronic control fault: Washing Machines is not operating (turning on).
F13
Dryer temperature sensing fault (washer dryers only): Washer dryer is not drying clothes.
F15
Heater control fault (Washing Machine and Washer Dryers): Washing Machines is not heating water or pauses during a wash cycle / not drying or pauses during drying cycle.
F16
Drum lock position sensor fault (top loading machines only): Washing Machines drum is stopping in the wrong position or is not locked in the correct position.
F18
Internal data error: Some or all display / functions do not work on my washing machines.
