Heads up for Joanne!

Joanne, who will be based at the Company’s Headquarters in Chester Le St, and who brings a wealth of experience from her previous senior operational roles at 2Touch, Barclays and Garland’s Call Centre, will work on the Group’s ambitious plans to accelerate growth over the next three years.

Commenting on her appointment, Joanne said: “This is a really exciting time to join Pacifica Group which was announced as the fastest growing regional company back in November and which has major plans to drive business growth.”

Joanne will be responsible for driving commercial performance across the Group to help the firm grow its turnover from £14m to £25m by 2015.

As Group Head of Operations, she will be the key driver for the further development of 0800 Repair’s engineering network – ensuring that their Engineers offer all their Customers a seamless, reliable and professional service.

She added: “It’s a really exciting opportunity for me, to join a growing business which has attracted an excellent reputation for customer services across the UK.

“My aim is to bring all the group operations together as one seamless unit – dedicated to offering an outstanding service for all our customers.”

0800 Repair was born in July 2009 after a rebrand of its previous operation JTM Contracts. Founded by experienced engineers, the company is part of the Pacifica Group, also based in Chester-le-Street, which provides and sells warranties for domestic appliances. 

The fleet of striking yellow and black appliance & Gas repair vans are instantly recognisable with the giant screwdrivers on the top.

The company which is built on the concept of having employees, franchisees and approved sub-contractors, has major plans for expansion with the recruitment of a further 100 Engineers over the next three years.
